"Perfect power zones, every workout"
I'm a triathlete who loves interval training on the bike, but it's easy to drift out of the right power zone, especially when fatigue sets in. That's where ENGO really shines. During my Ironman prep, I connected my power sensor to ENGO and built a custom dashboard showing power output, time, and distance right in my field of vision.
The brilliance of this setup is that I could stay focused on the road ahead while monitoring my metrics. I could instantly see when I was slipping below my target power and correct it without missing a beat or worrying about hitting a rock or debris on the trail. Even on technical sections, I never had to choose between tracking my performance and staying safe.
What I really love is how the display can easily be ignored when I'm "finding my flow" or even turned off with a touch of the nose bridge, but it's always just a slight "glance to the left away" when I want to check in. This flexibility has made me more precise in my training, which is key for race day. No more guessing if I'm working hard enough—it's all right there, perfectly aligned with my performance goals without compromising my safety or focus.
